Garmin Mobile XT - Free Offline Pakistan Maps for Mobiles

Hey fellows.

This post is particularly for my Pakistani Friends only. I’m sure everyone of you has heard or seen the navigator tools i.e. GPS devices and some of you may have a presumption that the GPS service doesn’t work in Pakistan. Well your presumption is absolutely wrong. You can have full GPS navigation throughout Pakistan with Voice Navigation as well. You just have to install this software to your Nokia Symbian S60v3 device 

There are several GPS applications for mobile phones working in Pakistan but I have found this one to be quite easy and handy. All you need is to have a Mobile Phone which supports GPS, A-GPS functionality. I am personally using Nokia E71. One more important thing to mention about this software is that it is Offline Navigation Application, which means that you do not need to have GPRS working on your phone to view maps. It installs the maps to your phone’s memory and you can easily navigate through it.

Well, this software has a bit complex installation procedure but I have uploaded a complete guide for installing this application. Hope you can install it easily, but in case anyone has some difficulty you can always ask me in comments.

Compatibility:

As i have mentioned before this application works on my Nokia E71 which in a symbian s60v3 fp1 device. I am not sure if this application works on v5 touch phones but they surely do on all s60v3 phone having built-in GPS function. Here is the list of all the Nokia s60v3 devices:
